Recreational drumming has been shown to improve employee morale and reduce burnout in workplaces, enhance mental health recovery, decrease problematic behaviors in schools, improve health outcomes for seniors, and reduce symptoms in those that have experienced trauma. I am endorsed with REMO drums and percussion RHYTHM WELLNESS AND YOU team. I am a trained facilitator in REMO HEALTHRHYTHMS and UCLA BEAT THE ODDS programs, and use additional strategies from the RHYTHM2RECOVERY model. Vermont Wellness Group Drumming LLC Recreational Drumming uses a variety of activities to create a session tailored to the needs of your clientele or organization. Vermont Wellness Group Drumming LLC group drumming sessions are not psychotherapy and are not intended to assess, diagnose, or treat any specific condition.
